Alpha Shows is a small theatre company and most of our payments are received by Direct Deposit to our bank account. However, we recognize that it is sometimes more convenient to pay via credit card, especially for NSW schools who have a difficult to manage central system that leaves schools with little control over the timing of payments.
NOTE: All Alpha Shows final payments are due within 7 days of the performance. We do not alter this for any other conditions. If your payment is not sent within a reasonable timeframe, we do add a late payment fee to all invoices. It is the show booking contact who is responsible for organising payment within the due date, whether by Direct Deposit or Credit Card.
We have partnered with an Australian Payment Processor to handle taking credit cards that minimises fees and automatically calculates them based on the amount.

Once you are there, simply hit the big red ‘Pay Now’ button. You’ll then see a pop up where you can put in your details for the payment.
Put the exact amount you wish to pay in the ‘Amount to Pay’ field, and then add your invoice number and organisation name in the Description field so your payment can be matched to your account.
Then hit ‘Next’ and continue inputting your payment details.
