Alpha’s Custom Quote Calculator applies only to first-time visits at a school. If you are rebooking, please email your account contact to discuss rebooking options or liaise with the Tour Supervisor on the day of your next show! If you are a non-school venue, please go to the theatre page for a price table.
Please make sure you enter the lowest realistic estimate of your audience size. Per-student pricing is only valid if attendance matches or exceeds the number you’ve entered.
Standard Pricing.
Below is our standard pricing sheet along with details of our annual subscription rates.
Flat Rate Pricing
$2400
+ GST
- For VIC schools/venues with less than 160 total attendance (Non-VIC schools flat rate $3000 for less than 200 students). Whole school P-6 must attend if a school.
Standard Ticket Pricing
$20
+ GST per student
- Price per ticket (min audience 120 VIC). Standard price for all venues.
If a school booking this is the price for partial school booking.
At Capacity Ticket Pricing
$15
+ GST per student
- Price per ticket (min audience 160 VIC). If a school
- whole school P-6 must attend. Price for first time school booking or non-annual subscription
- also price for annual subscription for less than whole school bookings or for any non-school group if entire venue capacity/seating greater than 160 is filled.
School Only Annual Subscription
$12
+ GST per student
- Price per student (min audience 200 students VIC). Whole school P-6 must attend and you must prebook with a paid deposit 3 separate shows over 36 months. This is also our rebooking rate if you rebook on the day of your show and subscribe for annual visits.
