Katja’s passion for Alpha Shows stems from its unique blend of fun, excitement, and educational value. As the Creative Director, she is responsible for the overall messaging and direction of all shows, script writing, and adaptations of lyrics. She manages a diverse team of designers, including artists, costume designers, set builders, and technical staff. Katja has led multiple new marketing and creative projects from conception to completion, significantly enhancing the quality of our shows.
In her role as Director of Talent, Katja is the primary liaison for all staff and oversees on-the-road tours. She adeptly handles challenges with staff members, ensuring they are well taken care of, and manages large teams on tour. With her skills as a Tour Manager, Director, and Choreographer, Katja plays a crucial role in the success and smooth operation of Alpha Shows.
