When you first download the app, you’ll be prompted to create a profile. This is a local profile, and won’t send your data to Alpha Shows or any 3rd party, as it’s simply to personalise your experience.
If you’re a customer, make sure to toggle ‘I am a customer’, as this will then give you a customised experience as well as access to the ‘Customer Portal’.
If you enter your email, you’ll have the option of signing up to our newsletter as well. It’s a good idea to, so you don’t miss out on any updates.
