Alpha Shows Accounts are for performers and staff/contractors of Alpha Shows.
Make sure you have an Alpha Shows Account and have set it up, go here: https://alphashows.com.au/docs/setting-up-your-alpha-shows-account/
Once you have an Alpha Shows Account, download the Mattermost app on your various devices:
https://mattermost.com/apps/
Then use your Alpha Shows Account to login!
When prompted for a server URL, use Alpha’s Server URL: https://mattermost.alphashows.com.au
This URL can also be used to access our Mattermost chat on the web, but we recommend using one of the apps for a better experience.
The Display Name can be whatever you want, but usually ‘Alpha Shows’.
